Forty-five minutes late. I had to ask a nurse if someone goofed, or if Ms Webster was way behind. The nurse indicated it was the latter. When I finally was called, the nurse was either oblivious to my inability to walk with much speed, or didn't care. I was in the exam room only a few minutes until Ms Webster entered. I had to ask exactly what would be done to my knee, and she went very fast through her description. I had to clarify what two parts were, as she used Latin terms. The paperwork, which included authorisation to do the knee surgery, was plopped down on the table, gone over way too fast, then the area I needed to sign pointed out. I feel it does bear repeating here: I felt very rushed. For having been behind 45 minutes late, no one offered a single word of apology or reason.
