Dr Dixon is very assertive and she LISTENS...She doesn\'t just tell you what she thinks...She takes into consideration of what you\'re saying and is very compassionate about me as a passionate and her eye to eye contact helps me feel safe with her as my doctor

This was my first time of using S&W and I was very impressed with the service. The staff was very friendly, courteous, polite, professional and concerned about my medical concerns. I was treated very well and I\'m very grateful because I was a little skeptical at first. Thank you all very much.

this was absolutely the best visit I have had in recent memory. From the time I entered the clinic until I exited I was made to feel that I mattered and that not only my health was important but that I was also important as a person. I can\'t express how good I felt spiritually and no one said a thing to me about God but I knew the staff cared about me!!

this provider looked at the computer screen almost the entirety of the appointment and asked me questions to fill in some documents. I felt like a number on her schedule. I did not feel like I had a thorough examination. I have been to another doctor previously for this specialty and was not treated this way. she was friendly, but I felt like she was going down a checklist and that was more important than finding the root of what was wrong with me.

She did not listen to me...at all. She saw acid reflux listed in my record and just decided that that was my issue. It was not. I had to insist on an ultra sound and she was condescending about that. She interrupted me numerous times when I tried to explain my symptoms and then the final time when I tried yet again to explain my symptoms she interrupted me, patted my hand and said "We\'re going to fix it". I am not senile, nor am I a child. I did not appreciate her manner at all. I canceled the test she scheduled for me because I had had that test 3 years ago and I know it wasn\'t the problem and I do not need a new acid medicine just because she thinks I am not taking my medicine right. If she had bothered to let me talk and listened to me she would have known that I don\'t take any of the prescription strength antacids because they made me nauseous. I take OTC Ranitidine, 30 min before each meal and have no acid issues. I have been dealing with it for 3 years, I know what to eat and what not to eat. I was not there to start that whole process all over again. And by the way, the ultra sound showed I have gall stones and I am seeing a surgeon later this week. That\'s why I was there.

Miss Dixon was late, as a matter of fact there was no one in the office when I got there. my. heck in time was 7:45 with a 8:00 appt. No receptionist showed up, when someone else got there at 7:50 she tried to check myself and others patients in but couldn\'t, finally someone else showed up. Miss Dixion didn\'t get there until 8:20 for my 8;00 appt.
