The Baylor College of Medicine - Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Family Medicine Residency is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Our three-year program integrates community and academic, family practice and multispecialty, in a non-competitive culture of cooperation across all disciplines.
We accept six residents per year.

How to apply
We use the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) to electronically accept residency applications, letters of recommendations, dean’s letters, transcripts and other credentials directly from your medical school.
Application requirements
Eligible applicants should also provide:
- Transcript from medical school
- Dean's letter
- Three letters of reference from faculty of medical school (or residency/fellowship experience, if applicable)
- Personal statement
- Curriculum vitae/resume (optional, but preferred)
- Record of other graduate medical experience, if applicable
- USMLE scores (applicants must have passed USMLE or COMLEX steps 1 & 2)
- ECFMG certificate, if foreign medical graduate
- Recent photograph (optional)
