She believes that prevention is the best medicine and encourages patients to prioritize age-appropriate screenings, regular physical activity, and healthy nutrition to support lifelong wellness. Alexis is committed to building collaborative relationships where patients feel heard, respected and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys exercising, especially Pilates and resistance training, spending time outdoors with her family and Australian Shepherd and serving her local church.
