From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the staff. The PA managed to fit me in for a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief. The CNA who helped check me in and took my urine sample was incredibly kind and receptive to my concerns as well. Upon meeting Joshua, I was immediately put at ease by his warm demeanor and attentive listening. He took the time to carefully listen to my symptoms, never once making me feel rushed or unheard. This attentiveness made me feel valued as a patient, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.The wait time was surprisingly quick, especially considering that I was able to secure a same-day appointment. I appreciated not having to spend a long time in the waiting room, and it further demonstrated the efficiency of the practice. The receptionist was incredibly kind and professional, which made my experience even better. Overall, I left the appointment feeling extremely satisfied with the care I received. Everyone's professionalism, kindness, and efficiency truly made a difference in my experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of medical attention.
