Kayla is a Rhode Island native, but she spent the last 5 years calling New York City home. Recently, Kayla made the exciting move to Dallas, Texas! As a provider, she believes in a collaborative approach to primary care and appreciates the opportunity to connect with patients on a personal level. This approach allows her to customize a care plan that links their lifestyle to their health and wellness goals. Kayla's vision entails empowering patients to discover a healthy work-life balance in an effort to reduce stress and improve their overall health. As a provider, she takes a holistic approach when treating patients by helping them create realistic and sustainable health goals. Her goal is to develop into a well-rounded provider in the area of integrative medicine and acquire the balance between holistic and Western medicine.
