Kristi Kay Morrow-Hamm, FNP

Kristi Morrow-Hamm chose a career in health care because she has always had a passion for helping people and making a difference in their lives during some of their most vulnerable moments. Health care allows her to combine compassion, knowledge and problem-solving to improve the well-being of others on a daily basis.  As a nurse practitioner, she values the opportunity to build relationships with patients, educate them about their health, and provide care that can truly impact their quality of life.  Kristi finds fulfillment in being someone patients can trust and rely on, whether it's offering comfort, guidance, or treatment.  For her, healthcare is more than just a profession -- it's a meaningful career that offers the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and positively affecting the lives of others.


As an urgent care nurse practitioner, what excites her about the specialty is never knowing what type of condition or patient will come into clinic next, creating a climate of constant readiness for anything at any time.  In urgent care, Kristi’s skills include performing sutures, incision and drainage of abscess or cysts, and wound care.

Outside of work she enjoys crafting, especially Diamond Dotz, hiking, going to the beach, and spoiling her two fur babies, Gigi and Winnie.
