I walked in to the clinic, had reasonable wait time and an excellent experience. on another note, I visited medical records to submit a request for my sister and, with her written permission on the form, received the requested documents on the spot. Fabulous!!!!

My visit was to ease my worries about a possible head injury following a fall. I had not come in at the time of the fall and was having some symptoms that concerned me. out was perhaps silly of me but the staff was helpful and reassuring explaining that the dangerous time had already passed.

my spouse was in the room and witnessed what I saw and felt. The provider spent 4 minutes in the room. I am an RN. This provider barely took a history and her physical exam consisted of barely touching her hands over my throat, her skin hardly touched my face when asking out sinus pressure, and listened to my breath sounds for 2 seconds. It was a waste of my time and money. I have asthma and and URI. I left that appointment and made one with my allergy/immunologist who said I was barely moving air in my upper airway and yet the Baylor provider just handed me 7 days of an antibiotic and my husband had to ask for something for my breathing so she offered prednisone. How about inhalers, inhaled steroids, education?
