Meghan Dowling enjoys partnering with her patients on the health issues and goals important to them, and empowering them to make the right health decisions for them at that moment in time, educating people on how best to improve and manage their health while also using evidence-based practices and considering patients' needs. She's especially passionate about preventive health, helping people manage chronic health conditions, and the importance of mental health in overall well-being. To stay healthy and happy, she enjoys doing Pilates, lifting weights, riding her Peloton, traveling, trying new restaurants, watching F1, and spending time with her husband and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
