Michelle Overman, LMFT

Michelle Overman is licensed by the state of Texas as a marriage and family therapist. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. Ms. Overman is a member of the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the Association for Applied Sports Psychology.


Ms. Overman became a certified mental performance consultant to aid in her work with athletes and high-risk occupations including military personnel, police officers, and firefighters. Professionally, she enjoys working with young adults, parents, teenagers, and athletes. She strives to help clients address concerns including anxiety, depression, relationships, family dynamics, parenting, grief, and stresses related to mental performance. Ms. Overman deeply values listening to patients' stories, meeting them where they are, and helping them see their unique value as people.
