Ashley Nicole Langell, MD

Ashley Langell, MD, MS specializes in diagnostics, injections, medication management, and advanced pain interventions. Dr. Langell is passionate about the role of pain management in improving quality of life and helping patients to engage in activities they value. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s unique experience and develop a plan for diagnosis and treatment customized to individual needs and preferences. She strongly believes in empowering patients to be active participants in their own healthcare and in multidisciplinary collaboration with other providers on the patient’s care team.

Originally hailing from California, Dr. Langell has an interest in medical device design and development, which prompted her to obtain a masters degree in biomedical engineering with an emphasis on innovation. She has won numerous awards for her contributions toward developing various medical devices including ablative therapies and devices aimed at improving access to treatment in underdeveloped nations.


She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Interventional Pain and Spine Intervention Society and the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience and has extensive research experience in pain management, anesthesiology, and engineering.

Outside of work, Dr. Langell enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and sons.
