Hasan Chowdhury, MD

Dr. Chowdhury is an expert in chronic pain with a focus on interventional pain management including image-guided (ultrasound, fluoroscopic) procedures, as well as, pharmacologic and physical medicine interventions. Interventional techniques include neuromodulation via spinal cord stimulation, sympathetic plexus/ganglion blocks, peripheral nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, selective nerve root blocks, muscle and joint injections, genicular nerve block, Botox, medial branch block and radiofrequency ablation. He is double board certified in anesthesia and pain management and treats multiple pain conditions including sciatica, neck and low back pain, chronic migraines, failed back surgery syndrome, and arthritis in the knees, shoulders, hips, and sacroiliac joints.
