Biography
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, chemical dependency issues and anger management. My sessions are client-focused, collaborative, and open for discussions. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional pain. My therapy style is warm and client focused, and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
What can clients expect in their first interaction with me?
In your first session with me, you can expect a loving, open environment where discussion will revolve around getting to know one another, the therapy process, and a treatment plan.
Why I Became A Therapist:
I became a therapist because I wanted to be there for others and inspire them to move forward in life. I want others to feel supported and understood to give them hope and meaning in their lives. My goal in therapy is to walk alongside my clients through their journey in life so that they do not feel alone and hopefully facilitate life-long change.
What’s my role in our work together?
I am here to help you process a wide range of concerns through the therapeutic process, as well as set goals to help you learn to cope in a healthy way.
What do I want clients to take away from working with me?
Clients can expect to take away a greater insight into their self and issues to assist them in growth and development.
What’s something I wish more people knew about therapy?
I wish people knew how impactful and powerful therapy is, it is important for others to understand the purpose of therapy and how it could possibly impact their lives without it being stigmatized.
