Biography
Olivia Mays is a board-certified genetic counselor with the genetic counseling department at Baylor University Medical Center. She is from Buffalo, New York and graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She trained in all areas of genetics to earn a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Arizona. At BUMC, Olivia primarily works in cancer genetics and is eager to advocate for patients as well as cultivate empathy.
