Jennifer is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- McKinney. She has been a healthy lifestyle evangelist since 1995 after graduating from University of Texas at Austin. She also holds a degree in political science from Texas A&M. Her passion is helping people understand that food is powerful medicine in treating chronic diseases. Her favorite pastimes include cycling, swing dancing and cooking with family.
