Get directionsThe primary care physicians at Baylor Scott & White Family Medicine – Fort Worth are pleased to provide the families of our community with comprehensive, quality medical care in a comforting environment. We help patients manage chronic medical concerns, like diabetes, hypertension, depression and cholesterol. In addition, the primary care physicians on staff believe in the importance of preventive care as a means to maintaining good health and quality of life.
Selecting a primary care doctor is an important first step in managing your health. A primary care doctor is your first stop when you are sick or in need of healthcare services—including your annual physical, immunizations and prescription refills. Your Fort Worth primary care physician (PCP) promotes your overall well-being and makes sure you are up to date on your preventive health services.
Our clinic doors close at 6:00 pm daily but virtual video appointments are available until 7:00 pm.
We are closing early at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31. We will be closed on Thursday, January 1 (New Years). Thank you.
