Even if you have only four hours to spare each week, volunteering can bring you added job skills, school credit or simply feeling good from helping others.
How to Become a Marble Falls Volunteer
Volunteer opportunities fit individual time schedules, abilities, interests, and skills. Some volunteers work directly with patients, while others provide invaluable assistance in support areas or with special projects. One four-hour per week shift is required with a six-month commitment.

Complete a volunteer application form
Complete a background check
- Participate in a personal interview and orientation with Volunteer Services
- Take a two-step TB skin test
- Complete a drug and nicotine screening
- Receive training for assigned area of service
- Receive a free flu vaccine (seasonal)
