Biography

Allison Smith, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. Her professional interests include women's health, disease prevention, weight loss and lifestyle medicine.


She is passionate about caring for her patients of all ages and hopes to be a model example for them with her active, healthy lifestyle. Allison believes that aging is a privilege, but aging strong is a choice.

She is a proud member of Texas Nurse Practitioners.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters. Her other hobbies include fitness, running marathons, writing and podcasting.
