The video visit was extremely complicated and did not work on her end or our end--BUT she went far above and beyond the call of duty and actually called both my husband and I on our personal cell phones to help us get the care we needed for our son. From just the monthly visuals we've had with her, it's easy to tell She has a heart of gold and is a wonderful doctor. We Are grateful for the extra stress and time she probably went through trying to contact us outside of the malfunctioning video visit. Scott & White is constantly asking us for surveys and reviews and I don't do them anymore because they don't matter-nothing changes; it's always a nightmare, trying to get an appointment ,or pay a bill, or dispute a mistake--but in this circumstance, it's incredibly important to recognize Dr. H and her Genuine attention and care for her patients!! | |
