Overview of patient comments

Patients appreciate

Cheyenne Marshall, FNP consistently receives exceptional praise across multiple dimensions of patient care. Patients most frequently commend her excellent listening skills and thoroughness, with many noting that she takes time to understand their concerns and medical history before making recommendations. Her professional yet warm and friendly demeanor is repeatedly highlighted, with patients describing her as kind, caring, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about their wellbeing. Many reviews emphasize her ability to explain medical information clearly in terms patients can understand, making them feel informed and comfortable with their treatment plans. Patients also appreciate that she treats them as partners in their care, discussing options rather than simply dictating solutions, and that she addresses concerns in the context of their full medical history rather than treating issues in isolation.

Patients also share

The reviews reveal very few areas for improvement, with the vast majority being overwhelmingly positive. One patient noted a misdiagnosis where a child was treated for an ear infection that turned out to be roseola, though the reviewer still acknowledged the provider was friendly and helpful. A couple of reviews mentioned minor technical difficulties with video visits, though these were resolved. Some lower-rated reviews (in the 4.0-4.6 range) provided positive feedback but simply offered less effusive praise, suggesting patients were satisfied but perhaps not as enthusiastic as others. Several reviews from early 2024 expressed sadness that she was leaving her position in the heart department for a career change, indicating patients valued her care and would miss her.
