Debra was incredibly kind, explaining to my child what she was checking, and praising her for being so good. Debra was indulgent in checking my child's stuffed toy, getting its heartbeat and eyes and ears checked as well to keep my daughter happy. Debra was so sweet, and very supportive when my daughter was upset about her "owie face", and was very receptive to our concerns about possible contagion and spread to her younger sister. Debra made us feel listed to, and respected, and she treated my daughter like her own little autonomous person, and I could not have been more pleased. Debra is the exact kind of provider you hope to find working in pediatrics! | |
