Diana Sebastian is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in endocrinology.

Diana is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. She earned her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She is passionate about working in healthcare because of the positive impact it has on others' lives. Diana’s professional focus is on preventive care, collaborating with patients to create personalized treatment plans that emphasize small, manageable lifestyle changes that align with their lifestyles for optimal health outcomes. She wants her patients to know that she listens to them and treats them with the same respect and care I would expect for myself, two promises she makes to every patient she sees.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and taking nature walks.
