Patients appreciate
Hayley Peters, FNP consistently receives exceptional praise for her interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach. Patients repeatedly describe her as kind, caring, compassionate, and empathetic, with many highlighting her ability to make them feel heard, respected, and valued rather than just another patient. Her listening skills are particularly noteworthy, with numerous reviews mentioning that she takes time to listen thoroughly, doesn't rush visits, and asks thoughtful follow-up questions. Patients also frequently commend her professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness in conducting examinations and explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and test results clearly. Her warm, friendly demeanor and excellent bedside manner create a comfortable environment where patients feel safe discussing their concerns. Many reviews specifically mention her efficiency while still being attentive, and several patients note they would highly recommend her or specifically request to see her again.
Patients also share
The reviews reveal very few areas for improvement, with the vast majority being overwhelmingly positive. One patient mentioned wishing Hayley had provided more detailed information about their diagnosis, including contagiousness and return-to-work guidance. Another review noted that while Hayley was great, the patient could sense she was overscheduled and needed to move to the next patient, which occasionally affected her ability to listen fully. One review simply described the experience as "ok" without elaboration, and another mentioned the provider being "a bit hyper." There were also a couple of instances where patients noted pronoun confusion in reviews, suggesting some documentation or communication inconsistencies. However, these concerns are minimal compared to the volume of positive feedback.
