Jana Tabaka, APRN, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner, specializing in pediatrics. Her professional interests include positive mental health among children and adolescents.

Jana is passionate about providing holistic care that fosters success and personal fulfillment in her patients ranging in age from newborns to adolescents. She is committed to partnering with families to nurture and care for their children's health and providing guidance, rooted in compassion and faith. Jana believes in addressing not only the physical health of her patients but also their emotional and spiritual well-being, understanding that these elements are essential for building a balanced, healthy life.


Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, including her husband and three children, being active in their church community and making lasting memories through travel.
