Biography
From a young age, Jessica Greene, FNP knew she wanted to pursue a career in health care. Growing up in Chicago with a weak immune system meant she was often in and out of the pediatric wing of the hospital. She remembers being cared for by the same nurses and physicians each time, and was always struck by how knowledgeable and attentive they were. They not only made her feel better physically, but also made sure she still had fun and felt cared for. That experience inspired her to become the kind of provider who not only treats health concerns but also makes patients feel genuinely supported and valued. After spending more than seven years as a critical care nurse in the ICU, Jessica realized that many of the difficult situations she witnessed could have been prevented with better outpatient care. That realization led her to pursue a career in Family Medicine, where she could focus on preventive care and long-term health management. During her residency, she had the privilege of building lasting relationships with patients, guiding them through different stages of life, and helping them achieve their health goals over time. She especially values the opportunity to care for entire families, watching patients grow from newborns to adulthood, and truly becoming a trusted part of their lives. Jessica provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, managing both acute and chronic conditions. She has a particular interest in obesity management. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and two golden retrievers, traveling together and seeking out new adventures, especially trying out different escape rooms.
