Katharina Wilder, FNP

Katharina Wilder, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a clinical focus on cardiovascular health, particularly managing high blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. She is also dedicated to preventive care, helping patients reduce their risk of future illness through routine screenings and early interventions.

Katharina is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients of all ages. She takes time to understand each person’s unique health goals and works collaboratively to develop care plans tailored to their needs. Her approach to healthcare emphasizes treating the whole person by supporting both their physical and mental well-being.

She is a proud member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Outside of work, Katharina enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as baking, gardening and hiking. Originally from Germany, she also cherishes visiting loved ones there when possible, finding it a meaningful way to stay connected to her roots and recharge.
