Madison Kay Coleman, FNP

Madison Coleman, APRN, FNP C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in comprehensive primary care for adolescents, adults and older adults. She focuses on promoting health and well-being through preventive care, patient education, and strong provider-patient partnerships.

Madison is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she is committed to staying current with evidence based practices that support long term health.


She believes in empowering individuals through compassionate communication and collaborative care. With a passion for guiding patients toward healthier lives, Madison strives to create a supportive environment where each person feels informed, valued and confident in their care journey.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending quality time with family, relaxing on the lake, and staying active through outdoor activities such as bike riding, fishing and archery.

Madison treats patients ages 5 years and older.
