Dr. Meghan Allred, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner, specializing in family medicine. Her professional interests include preventive care, lifestyle medicine, nutrition and mindfulness. She is passionate about integrating ... evidence-based practices and holistic strategies to address her patients' physical, emotional and mental well-being. Dr. Allred believes in fostering strong patient-provider relationships and empowering her patients of all ages on their journeys to optimal health. She is a proud member of Texas Nurse Practitioners and published a research article on GLP-1 weight loss protocol in May 2025.
