Shannon McAlpine, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, specializing in gastroenterology. Her professional interests include colon cancer screening and prevention, as well as the treatment of diseases affecting the digestive organs, such as the esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, pancreas, liver and bile ducts.
