Biography

Taylor Purnsley, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC is an acute care nurse practitioner who provides care at the Baylor Scott & White Memory Center, focusing on the ongoing management of memory disorders in the geriatric population. She is passionate about advancing evidence-based care, improving quality of life for patients, and supporting both individuals and their families throughout the progression of cognitive decline.


Dr. Purnsley earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Louisville in 2020. Her clinical background includes emergency and critical care nursing, with advanced practice experience in trauma, neurology, and vestibular care. She brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to patient care, helping guide patients through complex neurological conditions.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
