Tiffany Leschber, FNP

Tiffany Leschber, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner, specializing in family practice, with a subspecialty in primary care, pediatrics, senior care and obesity management. Her professional interests include holistic health, rural health, patient-centered care and grief support.


She is passionate about providing compassionate care to her patients of all ages while valuing their autonomy and human dignity.

Dr. Leschber is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association and the Texas Nurses Association. She is proud to have co-created the Baylor Scott & White weight loss program in Taylor and served as a researcher on faith-based health outreach and honoring patients' grief journey. Dr. Leschber is working on articles on the nurse practitioner weight management program and utilizing pilgrimage as a faith practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and visiting all 63 national parks and 50 states with her family. Dr. Leschber also spends time hiking, cycling, strength training, gardening, beekeeping, supporting not-for-profit organizations and making mead.
