If you are unable to meet your financial obligation, please speak to a financial counselor and review Baylor Scott & White's financial assistance policy and options. Baylor Scott & White also offers the option to set up extended, interest free payment plans if you can’t pay your bills all at once.

Paying your bill in Central Texas

Pay Online

BSWH offers two online payment options for Central Texas facilities through MyBSWHealth:

  • Make a one-time payment by selecting the “Pay a Bill as a Guest” option.
  • Enroll or login to your MyChart account to view account balances and statements, initiate payments or enroll in paperless statements.

Pay by Mail

To ensure that your payment is properly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement, return this slip with your payment and include your account number on your check and/or money order.

Waxahachie transitioned to a new electronic health record system on June 1, 2019.

For a Waxahachie hospital date of service prior to June 1, 2019, please visit our North Texas Online Bill Pay portal to make a one-time payment or create an account. Please call 800.725.0024 if you have any questions. Download guide to your bill

For a Waxahachie hospital date of service on or after June 1, 2019, please visit MyBSWHealth to make a payment. Please call 800.994.0371 if you have any questions. Download a guide to your bill

For all other hospital locations, please visit our North Texas Online Bill Pay portal to make a one-time payment or create an account.

If you are a Centennial or Lake Pointe patient with a discharge date prior to March 1, 2018, please call Diversified Healthcare Services at 877.705.5129 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to make a payment.

For a physician bill from a HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN) physician practice, please visit MyBSWHealth. (create a new web part on site)

You may receive bills from other providers. Please call their offices directly for payment options.

Interactive Voice Response: Need to call after hours? Our telephone interactive voice response system gives you the ability to make a payment, check balances, and request an itemized statement 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. will post the same day. Payments made after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday will post the next business day. Payments made on weekends or holidays will post the next business day.
