BSWH offers two online payment options for North Texas facilities through our bill pay portal:
- Make a one-time payment by selecting the green "QuickPay" option.
- Enroll in the portal to view account balances and statements, initiate payments, setup a payment plan or enroll in paperless statements.
For a hospital bill, please visit our North Texas Online Bill Pay portal to make a one-time payment or to enroll in the portal.
For a physician bill from a HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN) physician practice, please visit MyBSWHealth.
If you are a Centennial or Lake Pointe patient with a discharge date prior to March 1, 2018, please call BSWH Customer Service at 1.800.725.0024 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to make a payment.
To ensure that your payment is properly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement, return this slip with your payment and include your account number on your check.
You may also pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Interactive Voice Response: Need to call after hours? Our telephone interactive voice response system gives you the ability to make a payment, check balances, and request an itemized statement 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. will post the same day. Payments made after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday will post the next business day. Payments made on weekends or holidays will post the next business day.
Payment can be made in person at the facility where you received your services.
