Alexander Christian Shaw, PA

Alexander Shaw, PA-C, is a New York-trained certified physician assistant with years of prior experience in a high acuity medical center. He demonstrates a passion for cardiothoracic surgery, advanced heart failure therapies including mechanical circulatory support, critical care medicine, and point-of-care ultrasound.

He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation and the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization. He is certified in basic and advanced cardiovascular life support and is licensed in New York and Texas.

He is a strong believer in lifelong learning and an advocate for high-quality results in the patients he serves. His interests are human rights protections, disaster/humanitarian relief, as well as global travel.
