I was expecting the PA to give an antibiotic either shot or pill. My father's finger was swollen. She suggested to put over the counter antibiotic. Not happy with that. I could of said that myself and it would not of cost me anything.

Provider seemed to make up her mind, and after that listened politely to my concerns but didn't take any further action other than to refer to our pediatrician. Provider focused on the "easy answer". I was looking for an a second opinion, because our pediatrician seems to be out of ideas.

I had a good visit--I was called back to the exam room within a couple of minutes of checking in and was seen within a few minutes after that. I think you need to change the "waiting room" to something different, because for my last few visits I havent had to wait!
