The reviews contain very few criticisms or areas for improvement. The lowest ratings still fall in the 3.6 to 4.8 star range, and these reviews generally don't identify specific problems but rather offer slightly less enthusiastic praise than the five-star reviews. One review from January 2025 simply states that Holly "did what I would expect from a person in her position," suggesting a satisfactory but not exceptional experience for that particular patient. No consistent patterns of concern or recurring complaints emerge across the review set.
