Olivia Leigh Nicklos, PA

Olivia Nicklos, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant who studied Nutritional Sciences at the University of Georgia before obtaining her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.


An Austin native, she proudly serves Central Texas residents as a first-generation medical provider. Olivia draws on both a love of anatomy and a history of playing sports, including soccer, track and volleyball, to provide comprehensive care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Olivia works alongside orthopedic surgeons to diagnose and treat a wide variety of injuries and ailments. Whether assisting in surgery, providing pre- and post-operative care, or guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, she is committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Using a compassionate and patient-centered approach, Olivia takes time to educate patients, helping them understand their conditions and treatment options. Orthopedic surgery provides her the opportunity to play a crucial role in improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life for her patients.

Outside the office, she enjoys live music, restauranting, traveling, dog parking, skiing and yoga.
