Aasim Afzal, MD, MBA is board certified and specializes in treating patients with advanced heart failure. Dr. Afzal received his medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, where he also served as the Chief Cardiology Fellow.
