Biography

Dr. Alkhatib is a dedicated pulmonary and critical care medicine physician with a specialized interest in interstitial lung diseases. He completed his training in pulmonary and critical care at Tulane University, where he was actively involved in both basic and clinical research in the field of interstitial lung diseases. Throughout his career, Dr. Alkhatib has authored several published peer-reviewed articles that have contributed to advancing knowledge and treatment in this area.


Outside of medicine, he enjoys watching basketball and pursuing astrophotography whenever the sky is clear, capturing the wonders of the universe.
