Biography

Dr. Alden Simmons is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon specializing in podiatric medicine and reconstructive surgery. He provides advanced care for foot and ankle trauma, reconstruction, ankle joint replacement, and diabetic limb salvage and wound management.


Dr. Simmons completed his medical degree at Midwestern University Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine, followed by a residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, where he served as chief resident, and a fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and limb salvage at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Simmons is passionate about teaching new resident physicians and publishing research to further the field of podiatry.

He is a proud member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.

Outside of work, Dr. Simmons enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, playing tennis, camping, and serving in his church.
