Biography
Dr. Harb specializes in diagnosing and treating diseases of the esophagus and colon. His areas of expertise include acid reflux disease/heartburn, Barrett’s esophagus, eosinophilic esophagitis, achalasia, diverticular diseases, colon cancer prevention/colonoscopy, and inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis and microscopic colitis. He is also a researcher working to advance the field of gastroenterology. Dr. Harb’s work has been published in related leading medical journals and covers topics like reflux monitoring, bowel preparation, screening colonoscopies, diverticulosis, autoimmune gastritis, H. pylori eradication and radiation enteritis. Dr. Harb is excited to bring all the expertise he has accrued through his journey to serve the Waxahachie community.
