Alison Russell, DO, is an internal medicine physician at Baylor Scott & White Colleyville Family Medicine and Pediatrics. She is passionate about preventive care and helping patients manage chronic conditions so they can live healthier, more active lives. Dr. Russell works closely with adults and older adults to develop personalized care plans that support long-term health and wellness. She believes in building trusted relationships with her patients and empowering them through education, prevention and evidence-based treatment. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine and the management of chronic health conditions. Dr. Russell earned her medical degree from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and completed her internal medicine residency at Creighton University in Phoenix, Arizona. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals navigate both routine and complex health concerns with confidence. Outside of medicine, Dr. Russell enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, reading, gardening and traveling. She especially enjoys scuba diving and exploring new destinations whenever she has the opportunity.
