Dr. Whiteley earned a medical degree from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2011. He then completed a residency in internal medicine in 2014 and a fellowship in medical oncology in 2016 at Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, in Dallas, TX. Dr. Whiteley is certified in internal medicine and in medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
