Aneesha Hossain, MD

Dr. Hossain completed medical school in Arizona where she focused on health inequities and border health. This led her to moving to D.C to pursue a focus in health policy while completing her residency in Internal Medicine. There she had the privilege of training at multiple hospitals to gain a multi-faceted training experience in solid tumors and both benign and malignant hematology in the D.C/Maryland Region, developing a special interest in Breast and Thoracic Oncology. She graduated in 2020 and moved to Austin, Texas with her husband where they now have a 4-year-old daughter and newborn. Her interests include hiking, barre, Pilates, travelling, baking, and spending as much quality time as she can with dear friends and family.
