Dr. Autumn Stratton is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in supportive palliative care. She partners with patients to relieve symptoms, enhance comfort, and honor individual goals through all stages of illness.


Dr. Stratton provides compassionate, evidence-based care that prioritizes dignity and connection, helping patients navigate complex health decisions with confidence. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Stratton enjoys spending time with family, cheering for her children at their sporting events, crafting, and reading.
