Some of the exercises he provided me were not adaptive to someone in a wheelchair. This speaks volumes about the lack of attention provided less mobile patients by BSW.

I did not get a full explanation from the provider of the results of my tests. One of the nurses called with no information, which simply wasted my time and frustrated me. Finally, the doctor sent a written message via the online system that was better but still didn\'t fully explain.

Dr. may did not offer me any logic solutions. He said basically that there wasn\'t any and that my regular doctor which was Dr. Hamilton would say the same thing which wasn\'t true. He was terrible! I will never see him again!

Dr. May was very cordial, but I don\'t feel like he was listening to me, my severe pain is in my arm and he just wanted to focus on my shoulder, I left feeling more defeated, still in pain and not a clear answer. I sent him a message requesting an MRI and through a few exchanges with his nurse, I finally got one ordered, hoping to get an answer as to what is wrong very soon, this pain is unbearable.
