Patients also share
The most significant area for improvement centers on Dr. Gojer's interpersonal skills and bedside manner. Multiple patients describe him as not personable, lacking warmth, and having poor people skills. Common complaints include minimal eye contact, spending excessive time on the computer during appointments, appearing unfamiliar with why patients are there, and creating uncomfortable silences while reviewing charts during visits. Several reviews mention he seems distracted, with specific references to chewing gum during appointments. Patients note he can come across as condescending, lacking empathy, and making little effort to build rapport or make them feel comfortable. Some reviews suggest he doesn't adequately prepare by reviewing medical records before appointments, which wastes valuable face-to-face time.
