Biography

Dr. Bryce Allen is an Orthopedic surgeon who serves Central Texas in Temple. He specializes in adult reconstruction -- joint replacement. In particular, he is interested in hip and knee replacement, robotic knee surgery, direct anterior hip (the front of the hip) replacement, and hip preserving surgery.


He is board-certified in orthopedics and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the Western Orthopaedic Association.

Dr. Allen loves teaching advanced surgical techniques to doctors in all levels of training.  He is active in national committees for orthopedic education and publishes research in hip and knee surgery.

He has been married for 22 years, has four children and loves outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, sports and travel.
