Chelsea D. Velasquez, MD

Chelsea Velasquez, MD, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and treats Central Texans at Baylor Scott & White Clinic – College Station Rock Prairie. She specializes in women’s reproductive health. Dr. Velasquez is committed to caring for the women of Texas in a non-biased manner where they can feel confident in the care they receive. She commits to the pursuit of lifelong learning to ensure her patients are receiving the evidence-based care they deserve.

Dr. Velasquez has won awards including the Society for Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology - Resident Award and the Society for Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons - Resident Award in 2019.

When out of the clinic, Dr. Velasquez enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, baking and traveling. She spends as much time as she can outside and on the water, whether swimming in a pool, fishing, playing on the beach with her daughters or scuba diving.
