Cordell Adams, MD

Dr. Adams is a board certified ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in glaucoma. He currently serves as chief of the Ophthalmology Department at Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, in Dallas, TX. He is widely recognized—locally, statewide and nationally—for his academic and medical excellence.


In his clinical practice, Dr. Adams provides comprehensive medical eye evaluations. His expertise includes the management of complex eye conditions such as difficult cataracts, glaucoma, and other eye diseases requiring advanced medical, laser or surgical care. Dr. Adams has extensive experience in complex glaucoma surgery and advanced cataract extraction.
