Biography
Dr. Harper was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas. She graduated college from Texas A&M University and went to medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma where she then worked for three years as a provider and educator. She and her family are very excited to return to Texas. Dr. Harper enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters. Dr. Harper was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas.
